holidays
Holidays are great….. I’ve spent the last 3 weeks off with my family :)
We’ve hung out with family, friends, eachother
We’ve watched movies, went on huge walks, ate out, ate in,
Visited museums, gardens, causeways.
Carried out a major project (ongoing) for the girls
Sat at fires and just talked……..
I know, its not your jampacked, sunfilled,beachtripped...
bullying
Okay…. bullying can appear in many different forms, but the initial outcome is always the same…..some poor person gets hurt. I’ve been subjected to bullying both in school and more recently online and also in my very neighbourhood…..

House in the country
One of our close friends lives in the country. Until I pulled thru the gates and turned the curve of the drive 4yrs ago, did I realise it was quite a pad :D

Clearouts
So….. Today was another day of clearing the girls room out. Like me the girls have lots of clothes/shoes/accessories. We had 3 boxes per girl. 1-Charity, 2-storage, 3-now (ie the clothes they ‘need’ for next couple of weeks) The younger daughter whizzed thru hers…. There was crackdown2 to play, no time to waste!! world cup. and so it comes to an end
I’ve found this a strange world cup. I either watched it alone, sometimes with Bill, sometimes not at all….. There wasn’t the usual gathering at ours, as in past tournaments and if I’m totally honest, the footballs been pretty lame too.
It’s now the final….. Bill’s been invited to a blokes BBQ and footy final, so since I’m not a bloke, I guess...
Projects
I love projects….. Indoors or out. I love planning creating following thru and the final touches.
My husband and I work very well together as long as we decide who’s project it is and who leads. We’re both quite stubborn when it comes to how to do something, so naturally sulks, huffing and silences can follow if we haven’t established who’s in charge ;)
